When is Park Hilaria?

From 31 July to 9 August, Park Hilaria returns to Eindhoven. Kennedylaan will be transformed into a temporary amusement park featuring more than ninety spectacular and nostalgic fairground attractions, inviting terraces, and live performances.

What does the programme look like?

In addition to attractions and terraces, the Hollario party tent is a permanent feature of Park Hilaria. Every evening from 7:00 PM, the party begins with live performances by a variety of Dutch-language artists. During the weekends, the music programme starts at 3:00 PM. We do not publish the exact performance times of individual artists. View the full programme.

Is there a minimum age?

Park Hilaria is for visitors of all ages and has no minimum age requirement. Its diverse mix of attractions and live performances offers summer fun for everyone.

Is Park Hilaria free to visit?

Yes, Park Hilaria is free to visit. There is no admission fee.

What are the opening hours?

Yes, Park Hilaria has daily opening hours, which vary by day:
Friday & Saturday: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Sunday to Thursday: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

How can I pay?

You can pay by debit card or cash. If you would like to withdraw cash before your visit, the nearest ATM is the Geldmaat at 18 Septemberplein, near Albert Heijn. There is no ATM on the event site.

I’ve lost something, where can I go for help?

During Park Hilaria, all found items are handed in at the First Aid station. You can check there to see if your lost item has been found.

After Park Hilaria, all unclaimed lost property is transferred to the Municipality of Eindhoven’s lost property depot and published on the Municipality of Eindhoven website. Please note that it may take some time for found items to be processed and listed on the website.

Getting here & parking

Where can I park my bicycle?

You can park your bicycle in the supervised bicycle parking areas at both the main entrance (city centre side) and the northern entrance. The daily fee is €1.00 per bicycle and €2.00 for e-bikes, fat bikes, and mopeds.

Is Park Hilaria easy to reach by public transport?

Yes. Park Hilaria is within walking distance of Eindhoven Central Station, making it easy to reach by train or bus. From the station, it’s about a 5-minute walk. For up-to-date travel information, visit ns.nl or 9292.nl.

Where can I park?

There is ample parking, including accessible parking spaces, on the campus of Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). Follow the signs towards the city centre and then the signs to TU/e. The daily parking fee is €10.00. An accessible parking space is also available at Rachelsmolen.

Are there any road closures or traffic diversions?

Yes. During Park Hilaria, traffic on Eindhoven’s ring road near Kennedylaan should expect diversions. The Woenselse Watermolen neighbourhood is also closed to through traffic during the event and is accessible to local traffic only.

The section of Kennedylaan between Vincent van den Heuvellaan and the ring road is closed from 24 July to 12 August. Traffic travelling from the north towards the city centre is diverted via Onze Lieve Vrouwestraat, Insulindelaan, and Professor Doctor Dorgelolaan. The same diversion applies in the opposite direction, from the city centre towards the north.
