1.1 Park Hilaria newsletters
Eindhoven247, the organiser of Park Hilaria, sends newsletters by email. To do so, we use the personal data you provide when you subscribe to receive newsletters through the Park Hilaria website. These newsletters are intended to keep you informed about Park Hilaria. We collect your first name and email address through the subscription form on the event website. You may also be invited to subscribe verbally or in writing.
1.2 Park Hilaria ride operators
When Park Hilaria enters into an operating agreement with a business, that business is considered a ride operator for the event. 1.3 Larieclub
If you are registered with the Larieclub, Park Hilaria shares your details with Kaartje2Go to send you a birthday card.
1.4 Photography
A photographer is present at Park Hilaria and can be recognised by a crew shirt with the Park Hilaria logo. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let the photographer know. If you appear recognisably in a photo published on one of our channels and would like it to be removed, please contact us at info@parkhilaria.nl.
